Medication management is available to residents in Independent Living for a minimal fee.
The Freedom Village Health Services Director is your advocate if transitioning to another level of care in an emergency. If you suddenly need to go to the hospital – she coordinates the most independent level of care for your return. You will have choices: Skilled Nursing with 24-hour nursing, Assisted Living with 24-hour assistance or back to your independent apartment with the Services For You Program.

Our Services for You caregiver program specializes case management and trained caregivers to help you regain your independence in your apartment home. All Services for your caregivers complete a background check and health screening. We closely supervise and carefully train our caregivers. Services for You caregivers provide daily feedback and reports on your well-being. We offer flexible scheduling options. For example, most home care agencies require a minimum shift of four hours or more, while our minimum is two hours.
